About our services
Routine maintenance of your vacuum or built-in system contributes to a healthy home by removing dirt, dust mites, dander, pollen and other allergens from your home. As every home and family situation is different, we recommend that your vacuum be serviced every one to three years for optimum performance.
We offer free pick up and delivery at your convenience. We sell new and re-conditioned built-in systems, canisters, and upright vacuums. We provide cleaning and maintenance services for all makes and models.
Vacuum clean and check service
Power nozzle clean and check service: $29.95
- clean and test motor
- clean and check brush roller and ends for wear, lubricate
- wash and sanitize all parts
- check cords, connections, switches
Canisters with power nozzle and uprights: $89.95
Canisters only (no power nozzle): $69.96
- complete disassembly of your vacuum
- wash or replace filters as needed
- clean motor fans, check bearings and brushes
- wash all parts of the vacuum, sanitize
- clean brush roller assembly, replace belt
- check hoses and electrical connections
Built-in units (basic service): $69.95
- take down unit for in store service
- in home check of PVC piping
- check condition of inlet valves, hose and power nozzle
- clean the cannister
- check and clean filters
- check motor condition
- re-hang built in unit on service completion
Built-in units (full service): $125.00
- includes all aspects of our Basic Service
- complete disassembly or motor
- clean and inspect motor fans for cracks
- check condition of armature for wear
- check carbon brushes, replace if necessary
- check bearings, replace if necessary
- wash and sanitize entire unit
